Chief Operating Officer
Scott McCutcheon Chief Operating Officer
Scott has specialized in senior living for more than 22 years. He began his career serving seniors in a skilled nursing facility in the field of social services. Thereafter, he supervised memory care neighborhoods with a passion to transform nursing assistants into caring, compassionate dementia care “leaders.” Since that time, Scott’s career path elevated to Executive Director, Regional Manager, Vice President, and Partner positions in senior housing, overseeing multiple facilities in multiple states/markets, including British Columbia, Canada. Over the course of his career, Scott has championed resident care through strategic, laser-sharp focus on staffing, team member relations, and delivery of innovative services to seniors. He has led many critical and successful initiatives which resulted in optimized customer and team member engagement. Scott is an active member of Argentum. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation.
Vice President of Dining Services
Cara Baldwin Vice President of Dining Services
Cara has spent 45 years working in the hospitality field with more than 27 years focusing on Senior Living. Cara has a degree in Accounting and received her Certification as a Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional. She is also a Certified Teacher and Procter for the ServSafe program for the National Restaurant Association. She has spoken at multiple state assisted living conferences for hospitality education. She joined the LivGenerations team in 2015. As Vice President of Dining she leads the overall culinary experience for our residents from menu design to kitchen and venue designs, as well as all dining operations.
Tara Crane Controller
Tara Crane joined LivGenerations as Controller in September 2016 and brings over 20 years of public and private accounting experience to the team. Tara is responsible for development and oversight of accounting policies and procedures, implementation of internal control guidelines, leadership to our Senior Living Community accounting team, and corporate financial reporting. Leading the Finance team, Tara is directly responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, and budgeting. Tara received her BS in Accounting from DeVry University in 1994.
Regional Director of Wellness
Wanda Tutelo Regional Director of Wellness
Wanda has over 25 years of experience as a Geriatric nurse and began her career in assisted living fourteen years ago where she discovered her passion of caring for those living with memory loss. Wanda obtained her Assisted Living Manager’s License and has served as Executive Director in several communities within the Phoenix area. Wanda received the AZ ALFA Shining Star Award for Manager of the year in 2011. Wanda has also served as Director of Training for AZ Senior Housing Institute where she created several caregiver training programs. Wanda received an award of appreciation from AZ ALFA in 2010 for the development of innovative educational programming. In addition to professional training, Wanda has also written a family guide to Alzheimer’s disease titled, “It Is More Than Simple Aging.”
Regional Director of Human Resources
Rosalba Compean Regional Director of Human Resources
Rosalba joined the LivGenerations family in October 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. Passionate about serving others, she obtained a dual master’s degree in Human Resources Organizational Development and Business Administration to strengthen her commitment to her field. As the Regional Human Resources Director, she is responsible for the execution of all human resources initiatives including workforce planning and employment, employee development, benefit and compensation administration, employee relations and risk compliance. As a key contributor to the leadership team, she brings forth dedication, integrity, compassion, and passion. In her free time, Rosalba likes to volunteer with various charities as well as spend time with family.

Robyn MacKeller Director Of Marketing
Robyn first joined the LivCommunities team in 2007. After serving in various roles within the organization, she most recently accepted her current role as our Director of Marketing. She plays an instrumental role in all marketing programs, including brand development, demand/lead generation, and sales strategy. Her greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. With more than 10 years experience, Robyn brings a strong marketing background and a keen eye for detail. Her skill set will help give the LivGenerations team a fresh perspective!
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Heather Lynch Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Heather has provided sales and marketing expertise to teams in the medical and senior living industry for over 20 years. Heather started her senior living career as a leasing director with a faith-based not-for-profit organization in Minnesota and progressed to regional sales and marketing roles overseeing multiple communities in different states. She has supported Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Life Plan / CCRC communities, skilled nursing, senior cooperatives, HUD section 8, care suites, adult day centers, hospice and short-term rehabilitation / transitional care centers as both a regional sales and marketing director and an industry consultant for new construction, expansion and existing communities. Heather is passionate about coaching marketing teams to serve older adults and their families by taking the time necessary to truly understand their needs and building relationships that lead to finding the right community for the next and best season of their life.
